Angel Tree Registration 2014. Where is the toy shop. Once a child or senior adult has been registered and accepted as an Angel their Christmas wish list is shared with donors in your community who purchase gifts of new clothing and toys. This info is TBA. Families in need that reside in Southwestern Alberta are eligible to receive toy gift bundles. Due to COVID19 the process for signing up for the angel tree program will be no contact and applications will be accepted online. Families in need that reside in Southwestern Alberta are eligible to receive toy gift bundles. Families must live in Winnebago County. You will need to schedule an in-person appointment at the appropriate local office in order to register your child or children for the program.
